Located in Darlington, WI; Brunkow Cheese Factory was started in 1899 making it one of the oldest cheese factories in the state of Wisconsin. Owners Karl Geissbuhler and Greg Schulte strive to provide customers with the highest quality of cheeses and service possible. We make all of our cheeses from milk provided by local farmers located right here in Southwest Wisconsin. Most of these farms are family owned and have been providing Brunkow Cheese with high quality milk for generations. Great cheese starts with great milk and all of the milk we use goes through quality checks to ensure our customers are getting nothing less than the best.
